Prices shown are what each carrier would charge you for the health tier you selected. The actual price and final health tier get determined by the carrier's underwriting process, which may keep you in the same tier, move you to a better one, or change the class. This site is not making insurance offers or promising specific pricing.

Once you pick a carrier and click Apply, you're guided to a secure application on the carriers' system, with your answers from the quote already filled in. You have the ability to stop mid-application and come back later to finish. When you're ready, you sign electronically. The Susman Insurance Agency manages the entire application process.
