What we collect on this website, how it's used, and what we don't do with it. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, your stated health level, tobacco status, benefit amount, and duration. These answers go to the quoting service used by the carriers' application system to get quotes, and are not retained here. No name, home address, or phone is required to view quotes. Subsequent identical requests may be served from a temporary cache to reduce calls to the quoting system.

Applying

If you choose to apply, the answers you've provided fill a secure application on the carriers' platform, and you proceed under their privacy rules. The Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance provider (License 0B75129), oversees applications.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email, a phone number (optional), your preferred contact method, a subject, and your message. Email receives it, and your email serves as our reply address. We don't save the message, don't keep a database, and don't log what was said. A brief anti-abuse verification runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This site uses first-party, cookieless analytics served from this same domain to track page visits. No cookies or unique identifiers are saved; two octets of your IP are hidden before storage; query strings from referring sites are dropped; raw logs are removed after 90 days. Visitors sending DNT or Global Privacy Control signals are skipped entirely.

What we do not do

This site does not share or sell personal data, run interest-based advertisements, or include third-party analytics. The only external code is the carriers' application system on the application page, which loads only if you navigate there.
